SGPT is not a flash in the pan. It’s been around long enough to prove that it works. Each session has been designed to bring you a full-body workout and includes everything from resistance training and bodyweight exercises, to working with weights.
We’ll also be on hand to advise you on recovery, and provide expert nutritional tips that help fuel your training.
