First things first, NikaFit is not about competition. It doesn’t matter if you’re no longer 18, or are not as strong as you once were. Or, if you’ve piled on a few pounds and not been to the gym in years.
The only thing that really matters is that you’re willing to have a go.
As a community with a bunch of 35+ male members, we know first-hand how men can transform their strength, mobility and physique, and even become stronger than they were in their youth.
