The safe way to keep postpartum mums strong and healthy

For mums looking to get back into fitness in a safe, supported way, we created NikaMums. This phased fitness programme starts with a gentle introduction to bodyweight basics and builds to include weights, as your body becomes more accustomed to the new routine.

By the end, there’s a good chance you’ll be training as intensely as before pregnancy and feeling super energised!

With screens in every room and endless distractions, it’s all too easy for kids to miss out on the benefits of exercise. NikaKids provides a fun opportunity for children to learn to love fitness, make friends and discover the right way to stay in shape.

Safe and structured, our weekly sessions are the perfect stepping stone for young athletes in the making.
