Created for aspiring young athletes, our programme focusses on reducing the risk of injury and learning proper exercise technique.

Option 1 gives your child access to one training session per week, where we will develop his / her confidence, movement skills and physical strength capabilities in a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment.

This is ideal for kids taking their first steps in fitness, and parents who want to help make their child a more well-rounded athlete.

Our Excel program (2 x week) is designed to accelerate your child’s rate of development, maximise their potential, and keep them one step ahead of the competition.

It’s also a great option for kids who are not sport oriented, but need to burn off some energy, as it helps to improve their body composition, build self-confidence, and map out a healthy exercise routine from an early age.
