The good news is there’s absolutely no reason why eating healthy has to mean missing out on the things you love. While we will always encourage you to work hard and push further, we’re not here to call out ‘bad foods’, spoil eating out, or make mealtimes a misery.
We’re also not going to force you to stick to someone else’s eating plan.
Nutrition, like everything else in the gym, comes down to the individual. This is why we do nutrition in a one-to-one setting, and it’s free for all of our members. By assessing what works for you, our experts can draw up a science-based strategy that ticks all your fitness boxes and still leaves you free to enjoy your favourite foods.
